AutoPlay Terms of Use (EULA)

End User License Agreement for AutoPlay: Car Screen Video · Effective October 18, 2026

1. Parties and acceptance

This agreement is between you and Rotenberg Softs (Seyhmus Gümüs), Gaustraße 42, 55411 Bingen am Rhein, Germany ("we", "us"), and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). By downloading or using AutoPlay (the "App") you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the App. We, not Apple, are solely responsible for the App and its content.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, rent, lease, lend, sell or redistribute the App, except where the law expressly allows it.

3. A player, not a content service

The App is a media player. It does not provide, sell or link to any channels, films, series, playlists or subscriptions. You choose the sources you add (such as M3U playlist links, Xtream Codes logins or your own files) and you are solely responsible for having the right to access and play that content. Do not use the App to access content that infringes anyone's rights. We do not control third-party servers or content and are not responsible for them.

4. Safe and lawful use in the car

Use the App only in a way that complies with traffic laws and does not distract you from driving. Video is shown only while the car is parked, and only in cars that support video in CarPlay; when the car moves, the picture hides and the sound continues. The parked detection relies on your iPhone's location and may be imperfect. It does not replace your own judgement and responsibility. Mount and use your iPhone only where it is safe and legal.

5. Premium and subscriptions

The free version includes two dashboard faces and a one-time 10 minutes of CarPlay playback. AutoPlay Premium (weekly or yearly auto-renewing subscriptions, or a one-time lifetime purchase) unlocks unlimited CarPlay playback and every dashboard face. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. Prices are shown in the App before you buy. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

6. Privacy

How the App handles information is described in the AutoPlay Privacy Policy. In short: what you add to the App stays on your device; the free version shows ads (Google AdMob), and anonymous usage statistics, crash reports and ad measurement (Google Firebase, Meta) run as described there — with your consent where required, and each can be turned off in Settings > Privacy.

7. Maintenance and support

We are solely responsible for any maintenance and support of the App, as described on the support page or as required by applicable law. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.

8. Warranty

We provide the App with the statutory rights you have under applicable consumer law. Beyond those rights, the App is provided "as is", and we do not promise that it will work with every source, stream format, vehicle or CarPlay system, or that it will be free of errors. If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any, for the App to you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to a failure to conform to a warranty are our responsibility.

9. Limitation of liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of an essential contractual obligation, limited to the damage typical and foreseeable for this kind of contract. Otherwise our liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

10. Product claims

We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App or your possession and use of it, including product liability claims, claims that the App fails to conform to legal or regulatory requirements, and claims under consumer protection, privacy or similar laws.

11. Intellectual property

The App, its design and its dashboard faces are protected by copyright and other laws. If a third party claims that the App or your possession and use of it infringes their intellectual property rights, we, not Apple, are solely responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement and discharge of that claim. CarPlay, iPhone and AirPlay are trademarks of Apple Inc.

12. Legal compliance

You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

13. Third-party terms

You must comply with the terms of any third-party services you use with the App, such as the servers of the playlists and media you add.

14. Third-party beneficiary

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement. Once you accept it, Apple has the right (and is deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce it against you as a third-party beneficiary.

15. Termination, changes and law

This license is effective until terminated. It ends automatically if you breach these terms; you can end it at any time by deleting the App. We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page. German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence remain unaffected. If any provision is invalid, the rest remains in effect.
